  1. .Terms & Conditions

For the term listed on the first page of this warranty after treatment, Perma Treat ID LLC warrants that the treated surface will remain water and stain resistant to common non-acidic household liquids when compared to an untreated surface for that same period (the “Warranty”). Unless otherwise specified in writing, residential interior surfaces are covered for life and exterior surfaces for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of service. Commercial surfaces are covered for a period of five (5) years. The warranty is non-transferrable and will be honored, subject to the term specified, so long as the individual or business listed owns the property. The Warranty is offered only when the product is applied by Perma Treat ID LLC according to Perma Treat’s application instructions and guidelines, and the surface is maintained regularly using the Perma Treat Care Instructions for Your Sealed Surface. The Warranty does not apply if the product is misused, the surface is not maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions for Your Sealed Surface, the use of the surface is inappropriate, or the surface is exposed to unusual/excessive environmental conditions.
